A Bit About Jane ...
I have been a lecturer in further education and a holistic personal trainer, reiki master & practitioner for a number of years I have also worded as part of a specialist team that teaches people how to become personal trainers. I have been involved with lots of courses and have taught all ranges of students throughout my career from those with severe special needs to nurses, physio's, doctors and all levels in between. I am passionate about teaching and passing on knowledge in an understandable, no nonsense, fun way, I have to have a laugh while teaching as I have found that when you are enjoying being taught and relating things to what you already know and understand, you learn So I thought I would apply this method for passing on knowledge to the other passion in my life, healing. From being a little girl I felt there were different ways to make people better rather than just with pills and medicines and as I have made my way through life I have discovered that is most definitely the case. I have researched countless theories on reiki, chakras, quantum healing, positive thoughts and feelings etc, Most of them can get rather complicated, so I decided to present workshops that as well as attuning you to reiki, explains things simply so that I can understand it never mind anyone else! I really would like this course to have a ripple effect, for the people who complete it to pass on the things that they learn to others around them.
Other people you might meet ...
A Bit About Joanna Russell Joanna is our resident crystal specialise who will introduce our Reiki Level 1 course participants to crystals. I have always been profoundly drawn to the natural world and I fell in love with the world of crystals and minerals several years ago. I owned a rock shop in Johnson City, Texas before moving back home to the UK in 2006. I have experienced first hand the energies within the stones and love to share my fascination in their properties and my wonder in their beauty. |
